The Jade Dragon is one of the lost 13 treasures (or something there about). The dragon originally appears as the white, creamy jade but for each soul it takes it becomes more and more green until it's "full" and can rewind the clock on an intended target, returning them to their youth.

 The Jade Dragon is a toxic item; anyone whose flesh touches the statue loses their soul to it and is reduced to a fleshy husk of a corpse that's covered in an oily black film. The film is also toxic, causing a violent plague upon any around it. Any who are consumed by the statue become Wraith
